My Story & Lived Experience

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, anxious, disconnected from your body, and trapped in survival mode. But I also know what’s on the other side - freedom, pleasure, abundance, self-love, ease, and joy.

From a young age, I was diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Throughout my teens and into my twenties, I experienced traumas that led me into patterns of numbing, substance use, and self-abandonment. My body was living in loops of fight, flight, and freeze. But beneath it all, I was fiercely determined...

At 22, with just $10 to my name, I launched an all-natural cleaning business that quickly blossomed into a movement for sustainability and community empowerment - growing it to $1.3 million in revenue, employing dozens, and creating real impact. (Read more about it here.) I wore all the hats, from marketing, bookkeeping and hiring to leading community clean-ups and DIY workshops that made natural living accessible across Philadelphia.

By 25, I became an ambassador for the Sustainable Business Network (read about it here), a keynote speaker, featured in news and TV, and a passionate voice for a cleaner, greener future.

On the outside, I had checked all the boxes of "success."
But inside, I was still stuck in hustle mode - burnt out, anxious, running on stimulants by day and dissociating by night.

I yearned for something more: true freedom, travel, embodiment, intimacy, and ease. And wanting to teach others to do the same.

My Journey & Reclamation

In my experience, transformation and healing happens in layers. It’s a sacred and powerful process- regulating and rewiring the nervous system, releasing old patterns and beliefs, and reclaiming the body’s innate wisdom. True transformation integrates mind, body, and spirit.

Talk therapy and medication no longer felt aligned, so I began exploring holistic pathways - plant medicine, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. I made a bold, soul-led decision to leave hustle culture behind. I slowly transitioned out of my business and eventually sold it to new owners.

From there, I dove headfirst into the world of somatic healing, feminine embodiment, ancestral healing, tantra, and spiritual expansion. I immersed myself in trainings and certifications, studied ancient modalities, and let my body and my pleasure become my compass.

I stopped chasing success and started magnetizing it.

Today, I live what I teach: a life of sensual empowerment, soulful business, magnetic intimacy, and unshakable self-trust.

I help women, queers, and couples tap into that same energy-not because they’re broken, but because they’re ready to rise.

Over ten years of experience in successful business creation, scaling, marketing, public speaking, and workshops.
